Underbody protection

To prevent the underbody against chipping damage and corrosion, the undercoat process (UBS) is used. For this purpose liquid PVC is applied on the underbody in multiple steps.  

To reach all areas, different application heads with different adjustable nozzles are in use. The PVC is conveyed in the required amount and pressure by dosing units and the right temperature is tempered through peltiers.
