a) Upon visiting the website

During your visit to our sites www.atus-gmbh.de your browser on your device generates an automatic transfer of information to our server of the website. This information will be saved temporarily in a so-called Log file. The following information are collected without your intervention and will be saved until the automatic delete. 

-IP address of the requesting computer

-date and time of the access

-name and URL of the requested data

-accessed website (referrer-URL)

-the browser being used and perhaps the operating system

The mentioned information will be used by us for the following contents:

-ensure a smooth website connection 

-ensure a comfortable usage of the website

-Evaluation of the system secure und stability 

– To administrative purposes 

The legal basis for the processing is paragraph. Our legitimate concern follows upon the mentioned reasons. In no case we use information to draw conclusions about your person. Furthermore we are using cookies and analysing services. See for more details number 4 and 5 of this privacy police. 

b) In case of usage of our contact formulas

If you have any questions we offer you the possibility to contact us by the provided forms. Correct contact information are necessary, so that we know where the request came from and to answer your request. Further information are voluntarily. The data processing following the contact request is based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO. The collected personnel data as a result of the contact request will be deleted if the contract falls or the reason of the collecting extinguished. 

3. Transfer of data

The transmission of personal data to third parties does not take place, except for the following purposes:

-you give us your express permission under article 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO to do so 

-for the case of a legislative transfer duty under article 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. c DSGVO

-if it is legislative permitted and under article 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. c DSGVO necessary to fulfil the contract 

4. Cookies

We use cookies on our site. These are small data, which are produced automatically by your browser and saved on your device, if you visit our site. Cookies don’t make damage on your device and also don’t contain viruses, trojans or other malware. Information are stored at the cookie, related to your device. However, this does not mean, that we have been informed about your identity. The use of cookies serve to make the use of our supply more pleasant to you. We use so-called session-cookies to recognize if you already visited individual pages of our site. These are automatically deleted after leaving our website. Furthermore we use temporary cookies, which are saved for a certain period on your device, to optimize the usability. The information, processed by cookies, are necessary subject to our justified interest and of the third parties under Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The most browsers accept cookies automatically. 5. Analysing tools

The following listed and used tracking measures were conducted according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO. These tracking measures are used for a configuration on-demand and a continuous optimization of our website. Also we use it for statistical representation of our website usage and to evaluate for supply optimization.  The respective data processing purposes and data categories shall be collected from the corresponding tracking-tools. 

a) Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics, a web analysing service of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; in the following “Google”) for a configuration on-demand and a continuous optimization of our sites. In this case pseudonymously usage profiles are created and cookies are used. (Chapter 4). The cookie generates information about your usage like

-browser type/ -version

-used operating system

-hostname of the accessing computer

-time of the server request

And this will be send and saved at a server from Google in the United States. This information will be used for market research purposes and to evaluate the usage of our website and your website activities.  Also this information will be send optionally to third parties if it is required by law or if third parties process on behalf. In no case will be brought your IP address or other data together with other data of Google. The IP addresses get anonymised so that there is no mapping possible (IP-Masking). You can prevent the install of the cookies by specific settings of your browser software.  However, this may cause restrictions in the usage of our website. Additionally you can prevent the detection of cookie produced data and data processing by google by downloading and installing a browser add-on. b) Google AdWords Conversion Tracking 

To evaluate the usage and to continuous optimise our website we also use Google AdWords Conversion Tracking. Google AdWords requires a cookie, if you visited our Website by using a Google-Display.

This cookies lose her validation after 30 days and do not serve the personal identify. If the User visits specific sites of the AdWords client and the cookie also is not expired, can Google and also the client track that the client was using this display and has been routed to the website. 

Every AdWords client receive a different cookie. So that cookies cannot be tracked by the websites of AdWords clients. The collected information by Conversion cookies serve to create conversion statistics of the AdWords clients. These clients learn about the total number of users, which were clicking on their website.

6. Concerned rights

You have the right to: 

-Require immediately information about your person-related data, which are processed by us referred to Art. 15 DSGVO. Especially about the processing purposes, the category of person-related data, the category of recipients, scheduled retention period, the existence of the right to adjust, delete, the right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data.  

-Require the permission of incorrect or incomplete person-related information, saved by us – referred to Art. 16 DSGVO.

-Require the deletion of person-related data saved by us, except the processing for exercising the freedom of speech and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for grounds of public interest or for asserting, exercising and defending legal claims – referred to Art. 17 DSGVO. 

-Require the processing restrictions of your person-related data, if you contest the accuracy of the data; the processing is unlawfully, but you reject its deletion and we no longer need your data, but you require them for assertion, exercising or defence of legal claims – referred to Art. 18 DSGVO – or you appeal against processing referred to Art. 21 DSGVO.

-Require o receive your person-related data in a structured, machine-readable and easy-to-read format or require transmission to different responsible referred to Art. 20 DSGVO

-Revoke your once given permission referred to Art. 7 Abs. 3 DSGVO 

-Complain at a supervisor referred to Art. 77 DSGVO

7. Right of appeal

Provided that your person-related data will be processed, based on legitimate interest referred to Art. 77 DSGVO, you have the right of appeal against the processing – referred to Art. 21 DSGVO – if there are good reasons or the appealing is against direct mail. 8. Use by minors 

The use for children under the age of 16 is banned. If you are under 16 years old you shall not log on or use the website. 

9. Links to other websites 

This website contains links to other sites, to which this privacy police does not apply. Please not their privacy police, if the usage is associated with collection, procession or usage of person-related data.
